FURNACE is a high performance PC club. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal details we collect when you book a rig or reach out to us, why we hold them, and how long they stay. We keep this short on purpose: we ask for as little as possible and we do not sell anything to anyone.

What we collect

When you use the booking form on our site, we collect your name, email address, chosen date, the row you want, and the session length. That is the full list. We do not ask for payment details through the website, and we never store card numbers on our systems. If you email or call us directly, we keep whatever you choose to write or say only for as long as it takes to answer you.

Why we hold it

We use these details for one thing: to hold your seat and to reach you if a booking needs to change. Your email is used to confirm the reservation, not to send marketing you did not ask for. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not pass your information to outside companies for their own use.

Cookies

Our site uses a single cookie, named cookie_consent. It records only whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so the banner does not reappear on every visit. It holds no personal data, no tracking identifier, and nothing about your browsing. You can clear it any time through your browser settings, and the notice will simply show again. We do not use analytics cookies or third-party trackers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only while they are useful for running the club and are cleared on a regular schedule once a session has passed. Messages you send are removed once the matter is resolved. If you would like your details removed sooner, contact us and we will take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach the front desk by email or phone using the details in the site footer, and we will respond as quickly as we can.
